Chemours launches TiO2 line in Mexico

The leading North American pigment producer has added 200,000 tonnes to its capacity, which the company says will increase efficiency and bring down costs by $20m a year.

The Chemours Co. has inaugurated its new titanium dioxide (TiO2) line today at the company’s Altamira plant in Tamaulipas, Mexico.
