Haydale to acquire silicon carbide maker ACMC

The graphene technology company is seeking to boost its operations in North America while at the same time strengthen its own business with ACMC’s silicon carbide expertise.

AIM-listed graphene and nanotechnology developer Haydale Graphene Industries Plc has acquired US-based silicon carbide (SiC) maker ACMC Holding with a view to expand its reach into the North American market.
