Pilbara, MinRes offtake dispute continues

A disagreement between the two lithium juniors over a spodumene offtake deal has escalated, with MinRes pushing for the involvement of the Western Australia Supreme Court while Pilbara insists an expert opinion should be allowed to resolve the matter.

A legal standoff between Western Australian lithium juniors Pilbara Minerals Ltd and Mineral Resources Ltd (MinRes) continued this week, with MinRes moving to put the matter before the Supreme Court.
