Pilbara, MinRes dispute to avoid court

A spodumene offtake disagreement between the ASX juniors will now be settled over the next week by an independent expert, with an application approved to prevent proceedings reaching the Western Australian Supreme Court.

A standoff between lithium juniors Pilbara Minerals Ltd and Mineral Resources Ltd will not proceed to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, following approval of an application by Pilbara to stay proceedings.
