SE Asia kaolin demand to remain weak in '16

Weak demand for ceramic goods in Asia is capping kaolin consumption – the main raw material for production. Demands are unlikely to pick up in the remaining of 2016, market participants said.

Ceramic-grade kaolin demand in South East Asia for the rest of 2016 is expected to remain weak as the industry ponders over the impact of the king of Thailand's death  on the nation’s economy.
