Pilbara, MinRes agree settlement in spodumene dispute

Mineral Resources is to receive a A$50m-stake in Pilbara Minerals in exchange for giving up claims over the Pilangoora resource.

A legal standoff over spodumene offtake rights between lithium juniors Pilbara Minerals Ltd and Mineral Resources Ltd has been drawn to a close, both companies announced 25 October.
