Moly hopes to close Gulf Alumina deal by Dec

The developer aims to relist the company on the ASX through the acquisition of the Gulf Alumina bauxite project at Skardon River, Australia.

Australian miner Moly Mines is expecting to have its proposed buyout of junior bauxite miner Gulf Alumina approved in December, when the company’s shareholders will vote on the transaction.
