China continues with graphite exploration

Local authorities in China are keen to explore and invest into new graphite projects although local operators are concerned this may compound overcapacity issues.

China’s Luobei county has started four general surveys for graphite resources near the Russian border in conjunction with Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Geology Exploration, with a view to completing exploration works before July 2017.
