Antimony trioxide prices drop as producers dump material

A rush for cash towards year-end has caused another drop off in prices of the flame retardant compound.

Antimony trioxide prices fell this week as some producers offloaded stock at lower prices, keen to convert holdings to cash as the end of Q4 approaches.

The drop-off comes despite reports that some producers are cutting production, bringing down supply levels.
