Phosphate ’16: Fertiliser demand unlikely to recover before 2018, says Rabobank

Better application rates and policy changes could impact phosphate fertiliser demand but growth is unlikely before crop profitability returns in 2018, Rabobank told delegates at IM's phosphate conference in Amsterdam.

Phosphate fertiliser demand is unlikely to increase before crop profitability returns in 2018, Netherlands-based agriculture financial service group Rabobank said during the IM Global Phosphate conference on 28 November.
