Iluka, Vale terminate JV on Tapira TiO2 project

After two years of investigations at a cost of A$6m, Iluka has advised that its Tapira joint venture with Vale has been terminated.

Iluka Resources ltd and Vale S.A. have terminated their joint venture (JV) for the development of the titanium-mineral-bearing Tapira complex in Minas Gerais state, Brazil.
