CRP and partners receive Dutch funding for offshore mining research

Chatham Rock Phosphate, which last year had its marine consent application rejected for the mining of phosphate off the coast of New Zealand, has been given funding together with its technical partners from Dutch authorities to conduct further research into deep sea mining.
New Zealand-based Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd (CRP) and its
technical partners Royal Boskalis Westminster NV and Deltares
has received funding from the Dutch government for research
