Non-OPEC countries agree to oil cuts

Both OPEC and non-OPEC producers have agreed to jointly cut production in the interest of oil producers and consumers.
Following a meeting with ministers from the Organization of
the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) on 10 December,
non-OPEC oil-producing countries have agreed to cut oil output
for up to 12 months.
