Trading remains quiet in the first week after the Chinese New Year holiday, but a number of industrial mineral miners have announced production update. Antimony trioxide spot prices increased while chromite held firm.

As more Chinese market participants returned to work this week following the Spring festival holiday in end-January, a number of industrial minerals markets are seeing more activity but business remained quiet overall. Meanwhile, a number of miners have announced production updates.
