China's permanent magnet exports drop in February

Exports of rare earth permanent magnetic material decreased in February but year-to-date volumes remain up on last year while the value of material shipped is also slightly higher.
Rare earth permanent magnetic material exported from China
fell in February due to the temporary production stoppage
during the Spring Festival but the average value of material
shipped increased slightly.
Volumes exported dropped to 1,617 tonnes in February down
36.26% month-on-month (m-o-m). Volumes were still up 6.3% on
