Indian baryte exporters gear up for APMDC tender process

Indian exporters wait with bated breath to see if near-monopolist APMDC will lower prices for the mineral, allowing increased competition with other suppliers.

Exporters in India are waiting for the state-owned baryte mine owner  Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corp (APMDC) to announce the date of its tender following the expiry of the previous one-year contract.
