Pilbara, Great Wall Motor conclude spodumene off-take agreement

Pilbara Minerals has reached an off-take spodumene agreement with one of China’s largest automotive manufacturers, in exchange for funding its stage 2 expansion.

Australian lithium junior producer Pilbara Minerals Ltd. has reached an off-take agreement with a major Chinese automobile producer Great Wall Motor Company to supply up to 150,000tpa of spodumene, the company said on 28 September.  

Under the agreement, Pilbara will supply 75,000tpa of 6% Li2O chemical grade spodumene...
