Chinese domestic lithium prices climb

Chinese lithium carbonate production and supply remains tight while producers in China say they cannot meet “booming EV demand,” Industrial Minerals reports.

Environmental protection restraints placed on Chinese lithium production in July and August this year have exacerbated the tightness in the domestic market, propelling prices higher.
