Iluka secures Cataby approval, offtake agreements

The mineral sands producer has secured offtake agreements for the sale of 85% of Iluka’s synthetic rutile production for a minimum of four years.

Iluka Resources’ board has approved the development of its Western Australian Cataby deposit after signing offtake agreements for a minimum of 175,000 tonnes of synthetic rutile per year.
