OBA will clear coal-handling capacity in Amsterdam to make room for other dry-bulk cargoes including industrial minerals.

Port terminal operator OBA (Overslag Bedrijf Amsterdam) will be clearing part of its coal-handling facilities at Amsterdam in The Netherlands this year to diversify further into other dry-bulk commodities including industrial minerals, because coal demand in Europe is declining.
