Lower Chinese prices push white fused alumina market down

The material has depreciated somewhat from the heights reached at the beginning of the year, with an evident split between cheaper Chinese material and more expensive prices from other regions.

Prices of white fused alumina (WFA) decreased over the past fortnight, while spot quotes from China pushed the market down from the high levels recorded at the start of the year.
