Chemours, Honeywell take appeal in HFC ban case to US Supreme Court

The legal struggle about a ban on HFC refrigerants intensifies as Chemours and Honeywell take their case to the US Supreme Court, while 11 Attorneys General are challenging the Environmental Protection Agency to enforce its original prohibition on environmentally harmful refrigerants.
