Divestment talks between titanium dioxide producers Tronox and Venator continue, as the former looks to make divestments to placate US anti-trust regulators.

Titanium dioxide producer Tronox is in talks with rival pigment-maker Venator about divestments that may be necessary to gain approval for a planned merger, after time ran out on a previous proposal.
