Iodine sellers looking to push prices closer to $28 per kg

With the iodine market undersupplied, sellers have been trying to push through a price rise to $27.50 per kg, although consumers are reluctant to accept a price that high.

Producers and distributors of iodine continue to try to push the price of the material higher, making offers at $27.50 per kg although buyers have yet to agree to purchase at that price.
