Armyansk TiO2 plant restarts production after gas leak

The Russian federal government will oversee the restart of a titanium dioxide plant in the disputed region of Crimea.

Titanium dioxide production from the Armyansk plant in the Russian-occupied Crimean peninsula in Ukraine has been restarted, after a six-week shutdown because of a suspected gas leak.
