Venator's Q3 revenues drop on lower TiO2 demand

Titanium-dioxide maker Venator reports a loss after demand for titanium dioxide retreats.

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) producer Venator made a net loss in the third quarter of 2018 due to revenues falling on lower demand.
