Magnesia prices firm as China launches a new environmental inspections

China’s government has begun a new round of environmental inspections of heavy industries. Magnesia prices are expected to stay firm while the main production centres in Liaoning are included in the inspections.

China’s central government has launched a new round of strict environmental inspections of heavy industries in provinces including Shanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Anhui, Shandong, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan and Shaanxi.
