Kronos Q3 TiO2 sales fall 19% vs last year on consumer destocking [CORRECTION]

Titanium dioxide producer Kronos attributed a drop in third-quarter volumes to customers drawing down their own stocks.

Kronos is the latest titanium producer to report prolonged destocking by pigment buyers in the third quarter of this year, which pressured its sales volumes lower.
