The Haicheng government has released plans to restart magnesite mining in the region, with estimates it will permit exploring again after government checks next September.

The government of Haicheng city, in the Chinese province of Liaoning, has set out its plan to restart local magnesite mining, with expectations it will permit exploring again after mid-September 2019.
