Ganfeng Lithium pays $36 mln to secure additional spodumene

Ganfeng Lithium pays $36 million under a subscription agreement with Pilbara Minerals to secure an additional 75,000 tonnes per year of spodumune concentrate.

China’s Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium has paid A$50 million ($36 million) under a subscription agreement to secure an additional 75,000 tonnes per year of lithium spodumene concentrate to be produced during stage 2 of Pilbara Minerals’ Pilgangoora lithium project in Western Australia.
