Judgement imminent for Tata Chemicals land rates dispute

A judgement is expected from the Kenyan High Court next in seven days’ time to end a dispute lasting several months between the local county government and Tata Chemicals.

A judgement on the civil dispute between the Kajiado County government in Kenya and India-headquartered chemicals multinational, Tata Chemicals, is expected on April 10, according to Greg Karungo, a partner at law firm Walker Kontos.
