Iodine price stable despite uncertainty over producer stock levels

Varying reports have come through on exactly how much inventories are being held by the producers in Chile, after undersupply had pushed iodine prices up for the past 18 months.

The iodine spot market price held firm this week, although market participants have started to query how much inventory producers are holding.
