Mineral sand output at Base Resources will fall sharply in 2020

Ore grade depletion will hit output at Base Resources' mineral sand mine in Kwale, Kenya.

Base Resources has forecast a sharp drop in output in 2020 at its Kwale mineral sand operation in Kenya.

Base forecast that it will have depleted the orebody at the Central Dune part of the site by June 2019. It will move mining operations to the South Dune orebody from 2020....
