China’s unshaped refractory materials output falls 13% in Q1

Unshaped refractory materials output in China fell in the first quarter of 2019, causing the price of raw materials, such as magnesia, to fall due to the reduced demand.

China's total unshaped refractory products output reached 1.25 million tonnes in the first quarter of 2019, down 13.66% year on year, according to data from China’s Association of Refractories.
