Ciner Resources' strategy to focus on international market reaps higher sales revenue in Q1

Soda ash pricing was up internationally while better volumes against the first quarter in 2018 equated to higher revenues for the US-based producer.

Sales revenues grew for Ciner Resources after the company sought better prices outside of the United States, which meant losing market share domestically, the company said in its first-quarter results call.
