LITHIUM CONF: High-content nickel batteries to remain predominant

Use of lithium-ion batteries containing more than 60% nickel is growing but will not dominate for the next few years, delegates at Fastmarkets’ 11th Lithium Supply and Markets Conference in Santiago said.
Lithium-ion batteries with higher nickel content will be
predominant in the coming years while the industry searches for
improved electrical capacity, market participants said during
