GIFA 2019: Demand for refractories in Europe expected to weaken further, sources warn

Planned reduction in steel output will continue to dampen demand in the coming months, sources at the Dusseldorf trade show said.

Demand for refractory products across Europe is expected to slow down further during the summer months, market participants attending the GIFA trade show in Germany told Fastmarkets IM last week.
