China’s DBM, FM exports down in May on slow buying conditions

Exports of dead burned magnesia (DBM) and fused magnesia (FM) fell in May on an annual basis in May on quiet buying from global buyers.

China exported 58,062 tonnes of dead burned magnesia in May 2019, down 28.6% from 81,355 tonnes in the corresponding month of 2018 reflecting reduced activity from buyers, according to official Chinese data.
