CHEMSPEC 19: Iodine price up in highest single-week jump on tight supply

Iodine prices spiked by $2 per kg last week in the highest single-week increase since the iodine price recovery started.

Chilean iodine producers have raised offer prices by $2 per kg, consumers told Fastmarkets IM at this year’s Chemspec event, the 34th International Exhibition for Fine and Speciality Chemicals.
