Altura signs lithium offtake deal with Shandong Ruifu

Altura reached a binding five-year offtake agreement on July 9 to sell 35,000 tonnes per year of lithium spodumene concentrate to Chinese lithium converter Shandong Ruifu, while Altura and Shaanxi J&R Optimum Energy have terminated their existing offtake deal.

Australian lithium spodumene producer Altura Mining has finalized a binding five-year offtake agreement with Chinese lithium carbonate and hydroxide converter Shandong Ruifu.

Altura will supply Shandong Ruifu with a minimum of 35,000 tonnes per year of 6% lithium spodumene concentrate, produced from its lithium mine at Pilgangoora in Western Australia,...
