Orocobre’s lithium production up, prices down in June quarter

Lithium producer Orocobre increased production by 12% quarter on quarter in April-June, but achieved prices down by 13% on average because of lower domestic Chinese prices.

Australia-based lithium producer Orocobre produced 3,455 tonnes of lithium carbonate during the April-June quarter of 2019 at its nameplate Olaroz operations in northern Argentina, it announced on Wednesday July 24.
