California-based soda ash miner Searles Valley Minerals stopped production after two earthquakes struck the region earlier this month, and has not yet set a date for plant operations to resume.
US soda ash miner Searles Valley Minerals has declared
force majeure after two earthquakes damaged its plant,
and has yet to set a date when operations will resume, the
company told Fastmarkets on Friday July 26.
