Alita suspends securities trading on dwindling lithium prices; continues spodumene production

Alita has put a voluntary halt on securities trading due to falling lithium prices and is negotiating lithium spodumene offtake agreements and financing with its lenders.

Alita Resources, formerly known as Alliance Mineral Assets and listed on the Australian and Singaporean securities exchanges, has suspended the trading of its securities as of Wednesday August 14 on the lower lithium prices.
