Low demand maintains pressure on global antimony trioxide prices

Antimony trioxide demand globally has remained subdued even as suppliers used the auction of Fanya antimony metal stocks as a reason to push raise offers.

Antimony trioxide prices moved down week on week after China Minmetals Rare Earth Co Ltd won an auction of antimony metal stock previously held by the defunct Fanya Metal Exchange. 

This came even though market participants said they expect Minmetals will keep the  material off the spot market...
