Chinese fluorspar exports fall in Oct due to reduced demand

China’s exports of fluorspar fell in October, with lower average prices, the result of falling domestic prices and shrinking demand from downstream markets.

China exported 11,727 tonnes of fluorspar (CaF≤97%) in October, down by 22.6% from 15,151 tonnes in the same month 2018 because of reducing buying from global buyers, according to official China’s customs data.
