European magnesia prices fall further on weak demand

Fused magnesia prices in Europe have collapsed over the past six months, under pressure from continuing sluggish demand.

Fastmarkets' price assessment for magnesia, fused, 97% MgO, cif Europe, was $650-750 per tonne on Tuesday December 17, down from from $1,200-1,300 six months earlier.  ...
