China’s dead burned, fused magnesia exports fall in November

Chinese exports of dead burned magnesia and fused magnesia fell in November on an annual comparison due to slow buying interest from global buyers, while caustic calcined magnesia exports rose.

China exported 34,805 tonnes of fused magnesia (FM) in November 2019, down by 31.2% from 50,566 tonnes in the same month of 2018 as a result of reducing demand from global buyers.
