China simplifies magnesia export procedure in 2020, cancelling Customs’ inspection

The Chinese government has canceled official customs commodity inspections on magnesia, thereby simplifying export procedures.

From January 1, 2020, China ended its customs checks on outbound magnesia shipments, meaning exporters no longer have to wait for the results of commodity inspections, according to an announcement by China’s Ministry of Commerce & General Administration of Customs.
