China lifts rare earth, tungsten mining quotas

Beijing has announced its rare earth and tungsten mining quotas for the first half of 2020, with volumes increasing for both sectors.

China's Ministry of Natural Resources, and the Ministry of Industry & Information Technology published the quotas on February 19.
