Shandong province removes restrictions on business restarts

The Shandong provincial government in China has removed its restrictions on the resumption of industrial operations based on the individual situations of the 1,268 companies in the province, according to a recent government statement on economic development and the fight against the 2019-nCoV coronavirus infection.

Shandong is one of China’s production hubs for white fused alumina (WFA) but production of the material in the province was mostly suspended during the country’s new year holiday, January 24-30.
